How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@shophookandreel.com.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options are coming soon!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
