Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@shophookandreel.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
